APPLICATION
The vacuum packer is used for packaging goods in a plastic film that protects them from such atmospheric factors as oxidation and moisture loss.
Vacuum packaging preserves the appearance, taste, and aroma of food products. Packaging slows down the development of harmful microflora and prolongs the shelf life of products.
The equipment is used for the packaging of:

Vacuum packaging equipment is used in food production and public catering companies. Vacuum packaging technology increases the shelf life of products up to 20 days without preservatives, freezing, and heat treatment.

Table vacuum packers are used in restaurants, cafes, shops, and small food industries. Two-chamber and floor machines are used by small and medium-sized food companies.

Chamber vacuum machines are used for packaging bulk, granular, and piece products, liquids, and pastes.
The equipment is made of stainless and painted steel and has a long service life. The chambers of the vacuum packer are made in the form of a bath.
Packaging machines are easy to operate. The operating mode is set on the digital panel, and programs are stored in memory.
Vacuum packers are compact, mobile, and low noise.
Two-chamber vacuum packers are characterized by higher efficiency than single-chamber machines. While one chamber is being depressurized, the second is being pumped out. Two-chamber devices are suitable for developing enterprises with growing production volumes.
The chamber can be filled with an inert gas to extend the shelf life of goods.
For fragile products, the “soft air” function is used. Porous products (cheeses, meat) are carefully packed using “step-by-step vacuuming”.
Special sealing bars allow packing goods in bags with a protrusion. Pressure sealing is used to seal thick packages.
Vacuum machines are optionally equipped with a bottom insert, a stand for packaging liquids, a lid, and wheels.
The guaranteed maintenance period of the equipment is 1 year. Post-warranty service is available.
STRUCTURE AND OPERATION
The vacuum machine automatically pumps out air and hermetically packs the goods in plastic bags. The operator is required to load/unload the product and select the appropriate vacuum mode
The equipment consists of a working chamber, a vacuum system, sealing bars, and a control system.
The vacuum packaging includes the following steps:
- the operator puts the package with the contents in the chamber 1, placing the open part of the package on the sealing bar
- the vacuum pump pumps air out of the chamber 1 according to the program
- the operator puts the package in the chamber 2
- the package is sealed by the bar heating element and cooled
- the chamber 1 is depressurized, the operator unloads the package
- the vacuum pump pumps air out of the chamber 2 according to the program
The vacuum packer performance depends on a chamber size, a number of sealing bars, a vacuum pumping speed.
The number of sealing bars in two-chamber vacuum cleaners (4 pcs.) allows packing up to 4 bags per 1 cycle.
Both packer chambers are connected to the same vacuum pump. A decompression system is used to reduce the pumping time. The average packing time of one package in a two-chamber packaging machine is 5 seconds.
The pump performance affects the vacuum pumping speed and the maximum pressure in the chamber. The normal vacuum level for packaging is 5-7 Torr
